What size tire is good for a 3.5" x 18" motorcycle rim? - motorcycle rim protectors

I bought a new rear tire for my bike, but I'm not sure to put the correct size tires on them. I want to go with a 140/70. This work also shows the size of the tires? If not, suggestions?
