Studio to show photos of other peoples air. Do not take photos from far away - fill the frame. Planes in the air may be too far from the camera - a good reason for a DSLR and the target length. You can go a lot of fun at the static display and selection of unusual perspectives, eg from the ground up to the wings and nose. See if you can great pictures of close-ups of the engine inlets or markings. If you want the plane moves go, setting a high ISO sensitivity and full explanations to use a trail of smoke.
